Absolutely. Project Reset is designed to meet you where you are — whether you’ve never set foot in a gym or you’re just getting back into training. You’ll build strength, confidence, and great technique one step at a time.
All sessions are run by Project Reset Cardiff, based at JD Gyms Cardiff Llanishen. It’s a fully equipped, supportive space with everything you need to get stronger, move better, and feel confident training again.
Our session times are designed to fit around busy family lives, with plenty of options available throughout the week — including early mornings. We prioritise flexibility so you can train consistently without interrupting work or family commitments.
You’ll train twice per week in our 1-hour coached sessions, plus a 30–40 minute conditioning workout to do on your own or with others. In total, that’s about 2.5 to 3 hours weekly — a realistic, sustainable routine that fits around your schedule.
We’ll cover all pricing options during your free consultation — with no pressure or commitment. Our goal is simply to find the level of support that fits your goals, lifestyle, and budget.
