Yes. Sessions are designed to be time-efficient. You’ll train three times per week in our 45-minute coached sessions — less than 2.5 hours in total — creating a realistic, sustainable routine that fits around your work and family life.
Sessions run at set times throughout the week to fit around work and family life, including early mornings and evenings. During your consultation, we’ll give you a full run-through of the times available to you.
All sessions are run by Project Reset Cardiff from JD Gyms, Llanishen, using a dedicated training area reserved for our small-group, coach-led sessions.
